Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Present compelling executive briefings on emerging trend impacts to the C-suite and Board
- Establish proprietary methodologies for horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Develop quantitative models to forecast market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Pioneer partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for advanced research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future-facing strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Published author or thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy
