As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable roadmaps for the next technological paradigm. You'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies to decode signals from AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech, translating foresight into strategic advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive modeling and impact analysis
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technology domains
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., AC/SCIP)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
