- Produce actionable whitepapers and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026's most critical challenges
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, climate tech, neuro-interfaces, or quantum computing
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 predictions with documented outcomes
