Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends, technologies, and socio-economic shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-focused initiatives aligned with company vision
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for emerging opportunities
- Author foresight reports and thought leadership content for industry influence
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Champion a future-oriented culture across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly desired
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
