Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Produce strategic white papers and trend reports influencing R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging startups in frontier tech sectors
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for next-gen workforce development
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success metrics
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and systemic impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation strategies
