Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 corporate innovation roadmap using horizon-scanning methodologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into 18-month development cycles
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive leadership and board committees
- Establish and maintain the Global Future Trends Observatory research network
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot program development
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers positioning industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
