Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies poised to transform industries by 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present executive briefings to C-suite stakeholders on future market opportunities and risks
- Manage a team of 8-12 futurists and data scientists across 3 international offices
- Author thought leadership publications for industry journals and global tech summits
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Build partnerships with leading academic institutions and research labs
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of implementing successful future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at Davos or TED-level forums
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience managing global teams across multiple time zones
