Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping human-centric AI systems for 2026 deployment
- Develop predictive models for societal impacts of emerging technologies (neuro interfaces, quantum AI)
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems with UN policy advisory board
- Produce annual 'Futurescape' whitepapers read by Fortune 100 C-suite executives
- Manage $15M innovation budget for pilot projects in neuro-quantum interfaces
- Represent company at Davos, World Economic Forum, and IEEE global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or Quantum Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 50 or top-tier research institutions
- Published author in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review with >500 citations
- Expertise in neuro-symbolic AI architectures and quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of scaling from concept to UN-level policy adoption
- Security clearance for classified defense innovation projects preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
