Qualifications
- 15+ years in advanced technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar tech innovations
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) preferred for government projects
