Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and emerging domains
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption and commercialization
- Present executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Partner with product teams to embed future-focused capabilities into development lifecycles
- Establish foresight frameworks and innovation metrics to track technological evolution
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
