Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge generative AI architectures, including fine-tuning and alignment strategies for Large Language Models.

- Lead the integration of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to enhance model reliability.
- Collaborate with data science and product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for model governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or M.S. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep technical knowledge of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and deep learning theory.
- Proven experience deploying and serving models at scale using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
