Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of company-issued equipment.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for data protection.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery drills to ensure business continuity.
- Train junior staff members on internal tools and troubleshooting procedures.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid hybrid environment.
