Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 remote technical support to 500+ employees across 15 states
- Manage Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and VPN infrastructure
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including MFA and endpoint protection
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for recurring issues
- Lead cross-functional IT projects including hardware refresh cycles
- Monitor system health via Splunk and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server 2019+ and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ and Azure AZ-104 certifications required
- Experience managing remote teams via Slack/Teams
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash preferred)
- Ability to work independently across time zones
- CISSP or CCNP certification highly preferred
