Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Build and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize application performance, load times, and overall user experience.
- Remote Leadership: Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning meetings via video conference.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Backend: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with Node.js or Python.
- Database: Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
