Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2-3 remote technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot company-provided hardware and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, security protocols, and VPN configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and ticket resolutions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote support software (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, AnyDesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
