Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines for production-grade applications.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance, reduce latency, and ensure high availability of AI services.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, AWS SageMaker).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and distributed systems.
