Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Lead incident response for critical outages using Jira and ServiceNow
- Execute system patching, backups, and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with global teams during major deployments
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct weekly infrastructure health checks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with 2+ years night shift experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud networking
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Proficient in PowerShell, Python, or automation scripting
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk/Symantec) and endpoint security
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex system issues
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
