Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product iterations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the remote team.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Create compelling visual assets and presentations to communicate design concepts to leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.
- Proven experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Located in the United States with a focus on the Atlanta, GA market.
