Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for B2B SaaS platforms from ideation to implementation
- Conduct user research and usability testing across diverse Texas markets
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams using Figma/Jira
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with data-driven rationale
- Mentor junior designers through weekly virtual workshops
- Contribute to design strategy and roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and user research
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Strong analytical skills using Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar
- Self-directed work ethic with flexible schedule management
- Bachelor's degree in Design/HCI or equivalent practical experience
