Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for mobile and web platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency across products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design solutions
- Expertise in design thinking methodologies and user research
- Experience with prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
