Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on product improvements
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex product design solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component architecture
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
