Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for SaaS platforms, from user research to final implementation
- Create responsive UI/UX designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalable solutions
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers through our structured growth program
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with enterprise software
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and user-centered solutions
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Certification in UX Research (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) preferred
