Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design processes from ideation to implementation
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure design feasibility
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Analyze user metrics and iterate on designs based on data insights
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with SaaS platforms
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Expertise in design systems and component libraries
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Jira)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Certification in UX/UI design (preferred)
