Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and prototyping for complex healthcare software
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and drive design excellence across teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with SaaS platforms
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process
- Experience with user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of healthcare industry design principles (preferred)
