Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web and mobile applications, from research to implementation
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user journeys and interaction flows
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing with diverse user groups
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and documentation of best practices
- Analyze user data and market trends to inform design strategy and product roadmaps
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, prototyping, and user research
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles
