About the Role:
We're seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design processes for our flagship SaaS platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces, ensuring our products are both beautiful and functional.

Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for web and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Create comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience with B2B SaaS design preferred
