Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to final implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across products
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion rates and engagement
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on product success
