Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation for SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, Eng, Marketing) to define product roadmaps
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across 15+ products
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders through compelling narrative visualizations
- Mentor junior designers through weekly critiques and portfolio reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and systems thinking
- Experience conducting moderated user research and usability testing
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for rapid prototyping and handoff collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work asynchronously across time zones (PST preferred)
