As a Senior Product Designer, you will bridge the gap between complex government requirements and intuitive user experiences. You will work directly with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft solutions that are not only beautiful but also highly functional and compliant.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design and handoff.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Engineers, Stakeholders) to define product requirements and create detailed design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) to ensure our solutions are inclusive for all users.
- Present design concepts and rationale to executive stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications within a complex enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within scope.
