Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar.
