Responsibilities
- Own the 2026 Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product backlog, aligning it with long-term strategic goals and emerging market trends.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features that exceed user expectations.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research to identify new market opportunities and mitigate competitive threats.
- User-Centric Design: Partner with UX researchers and designers to create intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies to executive leadership and external partners with clarity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or FinTech sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and API integrations.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams through complex product launches and managing stakeholders across departments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Analytics.
