Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Analytics & Insights: Leverage data and user feedback to drive product decisions and prioritize features effectively.
- Remote Collaboration: Facilitate agile ceremonies, stand-ups, and sprint planning in a fully remote setting.
- Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing and sales teams to launch new features and maximize adoption.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct user research and interviews to uncover pain points and define user stories.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed team setting.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Raleigh, NC (for occasional in-person team meetups).
- Agile: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile experience.
