Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team focuses on high-impact work.
- Drive the product lifecycle from conception, through development, to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex product updates and insights to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products or features in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities without direct supervision.
