Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum algorithms tailored for complex machine learning tasks and optimization problems.
- Lead the integration of quantum processors with classical neural network architectures to create hybrid AI models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging quantum hardware and software frameworks to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize quantum circuits for fault tolerance and reduced error rates in real-world deployment scenarios.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or high-performance computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Google Quantum AI, or IBM Quantum Experience).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
