Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Neural Networks: Design and implement advanced quantum algorithms that solve complex optimization problems in real-time.
- Hybrid System Integration: Develop middleware to seamlessly integrate quantum co-processors with classical TensorFlow and PyTorch pipelines.
- Error Correction & Optimization: Lead efforts in error mitigation strategies to ensure high-fidelity output in noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) environments.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and optimize the latency and throughput of quantum workloads across distributed cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane.
- AI Knowledge: Strong background in classical Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Deep Reinforcement Learning.
