Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Optimization: Conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Context API).
- Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go) is a plus.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools.
