- Proactively identify growth opportunities through deep customer engagement
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product improvements
- Analyze customer data to reduce churn and increase upsell revenue
- Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders
- Mentor junior CSMs and refine team success methodologies
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years in customer success or account management with SaaS experience
- Proven ability to reduce churn by 20%+ in previous roles
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM) preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($100K+ ARR)
- Self-motivated with strong time management in remote environments
