Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for 50+ enterprise clients
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to drive feature adoption
- Track and analyze customer health metrics using Salesforce

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years B2B SaaS customer success experience
- Proven track record of exceeding retention targets
