Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized client success plans to maximize retention and upsell opportunities
- Proactively identify client needs and coordinate cross-functional solutions
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate ROI
- Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and adoption barriers
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and feature requests
- Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and internal CRM systems
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in customer engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise client relationships
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with C-level executives
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive actionable insights
- Experience with remote work and self-directed time management
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM) preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and project management software
