Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition and immediate value delivery.
- Retention Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to maximize client retention and reduce churn rates.
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback to communicate insights to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Training & Support: Provide training and resources to help clients maximize their use of our platforms and achieve their goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to align on client success initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high-conversion mindset.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of resolving complex client issues and driving resolutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
