Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and Python
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive decision-making
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation best practices
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for product optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
- Remote work experience preferred
