Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and clear narratives
- Implement data quality assurance protocols and improve existing analytics workflows
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support operational decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven remote work capability
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience working with healthcare or entertainment industry datasets preferred
