Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Create clear, concise, and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying and Joins).
- Strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must reside within the state of Pennsylvania.
