Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and product managers to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize database queries and improve application performance and responsiveness.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug code in production environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is highly preferred.
