Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define features and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively via Slack/Zoom.
