Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions to ensure project quality.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the remote team.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and modern authentication methods (OAuth, JWT).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
