Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and backend) to define and implement new features.
- Conduct code reviews, perform thorough testing, and ensure code quality and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the remote team structure.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
