Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment, conducting daily stand-ups and sprint planning via video conferencing.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and company standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize database queries and front-end rendering to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and version control systems (Git).
