Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, robust front-end and back-end web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Maintain and refactor legacy codebases to ensure optimal performance, security, and maintainability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong time management and self-discipline.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
