Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero latency and seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and refactor legacy systems to improve maintainability and speed.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure providers, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Experience with database technologies (SQL & NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first culture.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
